IIT JEE 2008IIT-JEE is conducted in two phases. Candidates who clear the first test can only appear for the next examination. First step is screening test and next is the main examination. It is compulsory for students want to join B. Architecture and B. Design has to qualify the aptitude test conducted in counseling institutes. Separate merit lists of candidates belonging to the General and SC or ST categories are prepared. Waiting or extended list is not prepared. Separate cut-off for each subject and also for the aggregate.
