Merit Lists

Screening Test:

The ranking in the screening test is depends on total marks and no any subject wise cut off. The number of candidates qualified in screening test without any criteria will prepared. With that list the separate list for SC, ST and PH categories will also be prepared.

Main Examination:

Common merit list is prepared on the individual subject's performance and aggregate marks in main exam without any specific criteria. Separate merit list is also prepared for the SC, ST and PH category students. For wait listing candidates there is no any separate list.

Tie Breaking:

Tie breaking criteria is useful for those students who got the same marks as follows. Calculate the mean marks of every subject who have attended all the subjects of main exam. A student who has lowest mean marks but higher marks in subject will be higher ranker. If two or more students having same score as per above criteria then for breaking the tie second lowest mean marks will be considered. Same rank is given for the students having same marks in all the subjects.
